If you’ve applied for a Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) recruitment, here’s some good news. The Commission is working to make its Candidate Grievance Portal more effective, and officials have been told to resolve candidate complaints as quickly as possible. The aim is simple: problems in exams and recruitment shouldn’t drag on for weeks.
What Is the RPSC Grievance Portal?
The Candidate Grievance Portal is an online platform where candidates can send their exam and recruitment complaints straight to the Commission. It is available for all recruitments advertised after 2018.
You can access it on the official RPSC website: rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in
What Can You Complain About?
You can raise issues related to:
- Mistakes in the admit card
- Objections to the result or merit list
- Problems with the application form
- Trouble during document verification
- Any other matter related to the recruitment process
Please note: RTI applications cannot be filed on this portal. Matters that are already in court will not be accepted either.

- Click on “Candidate Grievance Portal v2.0”
- Log in with your Application ID or OTR Number
- Write down your complaint in full, point by point

What Candidates Should Keep in Mind
If you’ve applied for an RPSC recruitment and you’re facing a problem, you can file your complaint directly on the portal. There’s no need to run around the Commission’s office.
One thing to be careful about: if you submit a false or misleading complaint, you are responsible for it, and the Commission has the right to reject it.
